Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall 24pound be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, 24pound materials.

24pound assumes anything printed through our service is lawful and can legally be printed. By uploading artwork, you are assuming all risk of any trademarks and copyright infringement. We are simply an online print agent. We do not physically proof what is printed nor are we responsible for the content. The artwork you submit will be printed as you have submitted it. We will not and cannot make any changes to your artwork. By submitting your order, you are taking full responsibility that your artwork is without errors and is exactly how you want it to be printed.

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend and hold 24pound and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers and representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) that, directly or indirectly, arise out of or are related to: (i) your breach of any provision of the Site Terms; (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to an allegation that any Customer Content provided by you, or any other text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into products or services ordered from 24pound that infringes up the rights of a third party.

This agreement is effective until terminated by Mailers Haven LLC, at any time without notice. In the event of termination the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

24pound works hard to ensure quality envelope and letterhead. We mix colors to our best abilities and intend to produce a product that meets satisfaction. That being said, we cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity or prevent slight color shifts throughout an order. Because ink changes color depending on the paper stock used, it is unlikely to reproduce the color one sees on their computer screen on a PDF proof. Our products are sold "as is." Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time period (30 minutes) beforethe job is submitted to our production facility. In that short time period, you can go to the "My Account > Orders" page and click to Cancel the Order. Once the button on the Orders page disappears, you will no longer be able to cancel your order or get any type of refund. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

In order to access certain information and place an order, you must register for a 24pound account. When registering, you agree that you are providing accurate information about your company and yourself while keeping it accurate and up to date. When creating a username and password, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. If you suspect that your account has been compromised in any way you should immediately change your password to your account and inform 24pound that there was unauthorized use of your account.

24pound will not sell or rent your email address. We value your privacy. We may use your email from time to time to give you updates on your orders, quotes or just to tell you about a new product or promotion. You can always opt out of future notifications by following the opt-out instructions in the email.

24pound offers Coupon Codes occasionally. If you are sent a coupon code via email, it is unique to you and can only be used once. Please read all of the fine details on the Coupon Code before using. Coupon Codes cannot be combined with any other Coupon Code, special offer, or promotion. Coupon Codes cannot be redeemable for cash, nor will they be replaced if deleted, lost, stolen, etc. You must use the Coupon Code at the time of purchase and it cannot be retroactively applied to your order. Pay attention to the expiration date on the coupon. After the expiration date has passed, you will not be able to use the Coupon Code. If for any reason you used a Coupon Code on an order and the order was canceled or returned, you will only be refunded the amount paid, and the Coupon Code will no longer be valid.

Our free VIP Delivery Membership will be applied to all regular orders that ship to a commercial address in the contiguous United States for a flat $20 fee. This includes multi-part orders and only for Ground shipping. This does not apply on any custom orders or rush shipping and can be canceled at any time.

All prices quoted by 24pound on this site are in US dollars. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept ACH payments. By entering your credit card information and / or bank account information into your 24pound account, you are agreeing that the information is correct, valid, and you are authorized to use the card / bank account. When the card or bank account expires, becomes invalid, or you are no longer authorized to use it, you agree to immediately update the credit card / bank account information on file with valid information.
